quarterlyearnings.info is an earnings calendar for listed companies. This page explains who is behind it, where the data comes from and where its limits are.
The site is run and privately funded by Karsten Würth in Hünstetten, Germany. It is not a newsroom and not a financial services provider, and it belongs to neither a broker nor a data vendor. Full provider details are in the imprint.
We collect the publication dates of quarterly and annual results for several thousand companies and make them accessible at a glance: by day, week, month and quarter, by country, index and sector, per company, and additionally as a weekly newsletter, a calendar subscription or an embedded widget.
A date on this site has one of three origins. Which one it is, is stated next to the date itself.
For a growing share of companies we read the financial calendar on the company’s own investor relations page, plus the officially published schedules for Japan and China. A date found that way counts as primary-confirmed and takes precedence over every other source.
Most dates come from continuously updated company-data sources. They are reconciled daily — if a date changes at the source, the page changes with it.
Where neither a confirmation nor a source provides a date, we compute an expected date from the company’s reporting rhythm in previous years. Such dates are always explicitly marked as expected and never replace a confirmed date.
Every projection is checked nightly against the date that is actually published later, and the deviation in days is recorded. That builds a running accuracy record instead of a forecast nobody ever checks.
Central bank dates come from the published meeting calendars of the ECB and the Fed, trading holidays from the calendars of the respective exchange operators. Figures such as earnings per share and revenue are shown as they were estimated or reported — with no conversion of our own.
Dates move, companies get acquired, renamed or delisted, and data sources get things wrong. We check the catalogue for stale records automatically, but that does not catch everything. If you spot a wrong date, write to us — corrections usually go live the same day.
The site is free to use. No company can buy a date, a placement or a mention, and there are no paid entries. Should we use advertising or partner links, they are labelled as advertising and kept separate from the editorial data.
